Fused Glass Suncatcher
Play with murrini, stringers, paint, and frit to create a unique fused glass suncatcher! Create for yourself or as a Mother’s Day gift! Led by Reshma of Arts From Glass. The pieces you make will be fused in a kiln and will be returned to you before Mother’s Day.
Intro to Stained Glass - Private Suncatcher Workshop
This workshop is a great way to try and see what the process of stained glass is like and make your own suncatcher.
In this workshop, you will be making a suncatcher using the Tiffany style copper foil method. You will get through all the steps: Pattern Transfer, Glass Cutting, Grinding, Foiling, Soldering and finishing with Patina and Polish.
You can choose to make a feather, butterfly or a honeycomb.
The cost of registration covers all tools and supplies needed and students will leave with their own small stained glass suncatcher ! This class is limited to 2 students. Ages 15+.
The workshop will last approx. 3 hours.
